香港藝術家，畢業於香港中文大學藝術文學碩士，曾獲奧沙藝術最佳碩士作品獎 （Osage Art Award -Best in Master of Arts in Fine Arts Show） 。袁曾獲畫廊、藝術發展局的ADC藝術空間、油街實現和香港藝術學院邀請參與多個聯展，包括最近由香港藝術學院畫廊舉行的「愈‧夜舞」繪畫聯展（2020年3月）。創作多以歷史文獻和數據作起點，從過去尋找那些被隱藏的社會和人之微妙關係。
A Hong Kong based female artist, she received her Master of Art in Fine Art from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018, her artwork was awarded the Osage Art Award for the best artwork in the Master of Arts in Fine Arts Show. Besides the recent group exhibition, ‘In the Course of Dancing, from Nightfall to Darkness’, Ivy has been invited to exhibit in various art spaces such as Oil Street, Hong Kong Art school gallery, and commercial gallery. She loves to unfold the historical records and data, trying to find the hidden linkage between the past and contemporary society and individuals.

From reading the Hong Kong Botanical and Afforestation Department report, the artist discovered a local plant named Pinus Massoniana had been massively, systematically planted across Hong Kong country-side territories, especially around the reservoirs since 1880. However, due to the serious pests problem and planting policies changes, Pinuses were being cut-and-burned and disappeared gradually from the mountains. Artist has walked along multiple reservoirs, trying to find the remained Pinuses and unfold the planting history contributed by generations.
